Self-Limiting Beliefs
How often do you hold yourself back? Feel afraid to try? Many of us learned self-limiting beliefs as children (I’m not good enough, I don’t deserve good things, I’m not smart or strong). They become so ingrained in our self-image, we don’t even notice them anymore. But they do prevent us from being all we want to be.
